SHIPPING

Our designs are handcrafted to order and usually ship in in 1-3 business days. Our holiday processing time may possibly be longer depending on volume of orders at a given time. All of my items are handcrafted made to order first come, first serve. 

Please contact us prior to purchase if you have a time constraint. Putting a time line in the order comments while checking out does not change the processing time. We will not cancel orders due to message to seller requests being denied. 

USPS First Class Shipping:
Orders with all information included will ship in 1-4 business days. Every order ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery, however it can take longer during the Holidays.

 

 

Shipping UPGRADES

USPS Priority Shipping: 
Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is not guaranteed by USPS. 

USPS Express Shipping:
Ships with delivery confirmation and takes 1-2 days for delivery. Express delivery is guaranteed by USPS.

USPS International Priority Shipping Price Depends on Location. 
Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-6 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is not guaranteed by USPS. 

One Day Rush Processing:
This changes processing times to one business day, this does not change your shipping. Shipping upgrades are a separate purchase.

 

 

Returns

For all jewelry returns, please email us at info@gypsystarsrva.com for authorization number.  Items returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.  You must email us for authorization number within 7 days of arrival. Returns will need to arrive to us by the 15th day after receiving your authorization number.  

Items not returned in original condition will be charged a restocking fee.  We determine the restocking fee based on condition returned and there are no exceptions to this policy.  Items returned in original condition will be refunded in full minus original shipping fee.  Items that shipped with free shipping will be refunded in full if returned in original condition.  

 

 

Order Comments 

Orders will be completed based on the specifications in the listing on the day of purchase. Adding customization or special requests in the message to seller will not change your order. Adding a timeline or time restraint in message to seller will also not change your order. Unless included in the actual listing, customization is only available on special request and for additional fees. 
Additionally, this policy still applies even if you send a message after purchase through Etsy messages. No exceptions. We will not cancel orders because additional requests were made and denied.

 

 

Cancellations

Our items are made to order so we do not allow buyer cancellations. If we make the rare exception of allowing a cancellation, there will be a $6 cancellation fee. No exceptions. If we deem a need to cancel an order, there will be no fee. 

 

 

Jewelry Care

Gold filled jewelry is a much higher quality than gold plated. Gold filled jewelry is more durable then plate jewelry but is still fashion jewelry. It has 10-15 more layers of gold then plated jewelry but should not be allowed to get wet or stay out in the sun or it will tarnish faster. 

Gold and silver plating is also fashion jewelry. Store all fashion jewelry in an airtight cloth bag out of the light (like the bag we provide you with). Try to keep your jewelry lotion, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, gel, facial cream and perfume free. It is also safe for those with metal allergies. Do not get fashion jewelry wet or it will tarnish faster.

 

 

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions. This includes but is not limited to, custom colors, custom sizing, alterations, if we have to order additional materials to complete, items for a specific date that delivery confirms arrived in time, any order given special or free upgraded services, any order with free rush or shipping, or multiples of three or more.

Any custom order that the seller agrees is defective may only be repaired, replaced or exchanged at the seller's discretion. Custom orders are nonrefundable and final sale, no exceptions.

 

 

Refused Orders/Return to Sender

Any order that is refused or returned, will only be refunded up to 50% of the product price and no shipping refund. Your refund which is up to 50% is at our discretion. If you wish to have your refused order re-shipped to you, there will be a five dollar re-shipping fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.

 

 

Choose My Colors or Customize My Bracelet Stack

Several of our listings have options for customization, personalization and color choices. If you choose a listing with customization, personalization or color choices but we are unable to find a note of your choices, we will message you. When replying, please send us your choices so we can process your order. If we do not receive a reply to our message within one week of processing, we will send out our best sellers. We will not except returns in cases where we waited a week and no return message was sent. No exceptions. If you would prefer our best seller in that option, just let us know and we will send it. Thank you.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges up to 10 days after an item is received. You must contact us within three days of receiving your purchase for exchanges. There will be a five dollar flat rate for exchange shipping, no exceptions. Any difference between the original item and the new item, will be invoiced with the exchange shipping fee. Any difference that is less than the new item that is exchanged, you will be sent a gift card for.
